Fraser Prospect area was gradually developed from 1990s, located on the North side of 112th Avenue,
between 158A Street and 159A Street. Its two entrances are on the 112th Avenue at 160th Street and at 158A Street.
The entire area falls back on the steep slopes to the north, overlooking the northern mountains and the Fraser River. When entering the area, you feel relaxed and happy.
The properties here have the best views in the whole Fraser Heights. Most of the lots are over 12,000 square feet. Hillside houses have their own characteristics, but the living area must be over 4500 square feet.
This is a one of the most expensive areas in the Fraser Heights.
